Background

Having worked for this valued client for over 10 years, we have gained extensive knowledge and experience of the restaurant sector and have worked on numerous restaurant units around the country. By providing our client with a dedicated Client Manger, they receive a managed, consistent approach to all of their schemes with respect to the Building Control process. This dedicated point of contact is valuable to our client and, through periodic discussions and reviews, we have adapted our systems to satisfy our client’s needs by always striving to maintain the high level of Building Control service to which they have become accustomed.

Outcome

Working on a new Chiquito restaurant in the largest shopping centre in the North East, we helped deliver the project on time within a tight schedule by working closely with the architect, providing a fast turnaround on the plan checking process coupled with timely site inspections. This was greatly appreciated by our client on what was a complicated fit-out, where consideration also had to be taken of the existing fire engineered strategy of the centre. Our proactive approach in consulting the local Fire Service expedited the overall process and helped reduce any possible delays, which were again appreciated by our client on what was a quick turnaround scheme for them.
