Background

We were appointed by Oktra to complete the Building Control on the fit-out of the ground floor reception areas and first floor office as well as the basement toilet and shower facilities at 1 Alie Street London.

Fit-out has been our core business for 15 years and we understand that provisional advice and support of the Design Team is often key to winning the pitch. Our specialist team of professional Surveyors and Site Inspectors have in-depth knowledge of building design including the complexities of sprinklers, smoke extraction and ventilation as well as diversity and max pack scenarios.

Outcome

The project included the complexity of the atrium design and basement sprinkler systems that were all factored into the proactive advice provided by our team to ensure the project was completed on time and to the client’s satisfaction.
