The Minack Theatre, carved out of the granite clifftops over 80 years ago, is one of the world’s most famous outdoor amphitheatres in a truly stunning setting. Stroma Building Control has been appointed Building Control by RLT Architects of Penzance. RLT and Stroma Building Control worked together on the complete re-build of the actors’ changing room facilities back in 2010-2011. This latest scheme involves alterations to the backstage facilities building by extending the roof at second floor level with a new pitched roof and creating a third floor storage area. We are delighted to be involved, once again, with The Minack Theatre Trust and RLT Architects on such a unique project and location.
