Senior Building Control Surveyor, Norwich

We are looking for a qualified Building Control Surveyor to join our existing team as a remote surveyor, working in and around the Norwich area. You will need to provide a customer focused building control plan checking and site inspection service to our residential and commercial clients to help ensure projects meet the Building Regulations and associated guidance.

You will need

• Membership of CABE, CIOB, RICS or equivalent
• Conversant with relevant legislation, technical guidance and the Construction Industry Council Code of Conduct
• Previous in-house or external building control experience
• Current valid driving licence

You will receive

• £30,000 - £50,000

Commercial Principal Building Control Surveyor, Durham

We are looking for a commercially focused Principal Building Control Surveyor to join our existing team based at our Durham office. Working on a varied caseload you will need to provide a customer focused building control plan checking and site inspection service, whilst providing support to colleagues and the regional manager.

You will need

• Corporate or Associate membership of RICS, CABE, CIOB or equivalent
• Conversant with relevant legislation, technical guidance and the Construction Industry Council Code of Conduct
• Previous in-house or external building control experience
• Current valid driving licence
