Building Control Surveyor - Devon, Dorset & Somerset areas (Full and/ or part time role)

We are looking for a focused Building Control Surveyor to join our existing team as a remote worker to help cover parts of the Devon, Dorset & Somerset areas. Working on a varied caseload of commercial and residential, you will need to provide a customer focused building control plan checking and site inspection service for all types of work.

You will need

• Corporate or Associate membership of RICS, CABE, CIOB or equivalent
• Conversant with relevant legislation, technical guidance and the Construction Industry Council Code of Conduct
• Previous in-house or external building control experience
• Demonstrable building control case management (portfolio of work)
• Ability to manage a caseload of regional building control works at different stages of build
• Current valid driving licence.

You will receive

• £32,000 - £44,000

Commercial Principal Building Control Surveyor – Durham

We are looking for a commercially focused Principal Building Control Surveyor to join our existing team based at our Durham office. Working on a varied caseload you will need to provide a customer focused building control plan checking and site inspection service, whilst providing support to colleagues and the regional manager.

You will need

• Corporate or Associate membership of RICS, CABE, CIOB or equivalent
• Conversant with relevant legislation, technical guidance and the Construction Industry Council Code of Conduct
• Previous in-house or external building control experience
• Current valid driving licence.
